- HB 297-MNA is bringing this bill for consideration at the 2021 legislature and it would provide a presumptive eligibility for COVID-19 to help nurses enduring long term effects of Covid-19 qualify for Workers Compensation benefits. This means you would be presumed to have contracted COVID-19 at work, therefore, be eligible for workers compensation benefits, retro back to March 2020.
