Five years education/experience preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.
The Labor Relations Director is accountable to the Executive Director and directly supervises, coordinates,
and administers the work of two labor specialists in our statewide labor relations program. The ideal
candidate will have collective bargaining experience and the ability to monitor and interpret Federal, State,
and local legislation as it pertains to labor relations. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be versed in organizing
procedures and collective bargaining contract and radification procedures.
This position is based in the Helena MT location and requires travel and non-standard hours as needed to

Montana Nurses Associationis accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant
Educational preparation and experience in administrative support is required.
Qualified applicants must have knowledge of modern office equipment, skills utilizing multi-line phone, fax, scanner and copying systems. Time management skills, written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. The MNA administrative assistant must be proficient in typing, data entry, use of various office software programs
including Word and Excel, and have ability to process data with a high degree of accuracy with moderate interruptions. Preference will be given to those with QuickBooks experience.
Additional requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented with related office management coursework. Minimum of two (2) years administrative support experience in increasingly responsible office operations is required.
